West Ham United just announced the loan signing of Spanish international Midfielder Carlos Soler. The 27-year-old, their ninth addition in an exciting summer transfer window, joins from French champions Paris Saint-Germain on a loan deal lasting until the end of the 2024-25 season.

Soler, who has been capped 14 times by Spain, first made his mark with his hometown club Valencia, debuting at 19 and quickly becoming a key player, helping the team qualify for the UEFA Champions League twice.

After making 226 appearances and winning a Copa del Rey with Valencia, he moved to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2022, where he continued his success, winning two Ligue 1 titles, a Coupe de France, and a Trophée des Champions in 63 appearances. Now, he's ready to bring his winning mentality to London Stadium.
