GameStop Adds Awesome Silent Hill Merch in 2024

The upcoming Silent Hill 2 remake has renewed a greater interest for the iconic survival horror series. Ahead of its release on October 8th, video game retailer Gamestop has unveiled their Silent Hill merch collection for fans eager to revisit the titular town. This set of merchandise includes multiple gaming accessories, stylish clothing, and even a coffee mug. Take a walk through Silent Hill's foggy streets with us as we give you a glimpse of the horror that Gamestop has in store for us.

Our first piece of merch is the Silent Hill 2 Pyramid Head Baseball Cap. This cap is made from 100% cotton material and is adjustable to fit heads of all sizes. It features red and black colors with Pyramid Head encircled by the Halo of the Sun on both sides of the cap, as well as the game's title on the lower front. Priced at $20, this hat is both stylish and affordable. The sun may never shine in Silent Hill, but you don't really need an excuse to wear a cap this cool.

Next, we have the Pyramid Head T-shirt, which is similar to the hat, but has a more detailed Pyramid Head on the front. This epic shirt comes available in most sizes and is unisex, perfect for casual lounging or attire for your metal band. Gamestop also has a shirt bearing the cover art of Silent Hill 2, which is a black and white background with protagonist James Sunderland and his wife, Mary. Both of these shirts have a price tag of $20 and are great additions to any survival horror fan's wardrobe.

Gaming Accessories

Gamestop is offering a PC controller with art from the remake on it. The controller features a 10-hour wireless Bluetooth battery, adjustable triggers, two mappable back buttons, 3 vibration settings, and motion controls. It also comes with a five-foot charge and play wire if you forget to charge the battery and still want to play. The controller is made by Geeknet, which is owned by Gamestop, so we can't speak to the quality of the controller, but it does look cool. At $60, this controller is as expensive as a name-brand controller but is surely a must-have for a die-hard Silent Hill fan.

The Silent Hill 2 gaming headset is another Geeknet product with a snazzy maroon and black design with the Halo of the Sun on each side. It features a 2-axis adjustable fit, adjustable mic, passive noise canceling, and a lightweight design. This awesome-looking headset will set you back $50. Other gaming accessories include thumb grips with three different heights for around $15 to $20, and a wickedly cool oversized desk mat featuring the iconic nurse enemy for $30. Gamestop also has a controller stand modeled after the town's welcome sign for $20.

Miscellaneous Items

For $40 you can get your hands on the Silent Hill 2 shadow box, which is a 12 x 7" frame featuring Pyramid Head standing menacingly in a red light-tinged hallway. This is perfect for shelf or table display purposes. A SH2 logo light is on sale for $30 and can be used to illuminate your gaming setup or as a nightlight if you're still too scared to sleep after playing the remake. Featuring the title and the words "This town called you", this logo light requires no batteries and is fully rechargeable.

Finally, we're down to the last and my personal favorite item, the heat-changing mug. The mug is 14oz and reveals hidden artwork after a hot beverage is poured inside it. This mug is ideal for watching the town of Silent Hill come to life while you're drinking your morning coffee. The mug is only a mere $15 and is easily one of the best investments on this list. This would make a great gift to the designated horror fan in your life.
