CM Punk won against Drew McIntyre in the WWE Bash in Berlin Strap match. Punk reclaimed his pride and his respect from McIntyre by taking back his bracelet which had the name of his wife 'AJ' and his dog Larry. The bracelet was taken by his rival in a previous match.
The story has gotten very interesting and every fan who is interested in McIntyre vs Punk looks forward to the next matches. Punk came into the ring and was able to assert his authority. But that was not all because he challenged someone who also fought as part of "Bash in Berlin". Most importantly, he dominated his opponent.
CM Punk Gets A Surprise
CM Punk was in the ring and he insulted McIntyre first. After that, he called out Gunther aka "The Ring General", who fought against The Viper, Randy Orton, and won his 'Bash in Berlin' match. Gunther holds the WWE World Heavyweight Title and Punk challenged the heavyweight title holder to a match.
As he challenged the heavyweight champion, the crowd began to cheer Punk up and loudly chanted his name. Punk wants Gunther to enjoy his belt and enjoy the position in which he is because he believes that he is going to take it from him very soon. Punk said to Gunther:
"So Gunther, Congratulations!!! Enjoy it. Because we are going to enjoy it, taking it off of you."
CM Punk felt like he was on top of the world. He asked the tech guys to hit his music and began to enjoy his victory. He went down the ring and began celebrating with his fans. Punk climbed the commentator's desk and began celebrating. Unexpectedly, his famous rival Drew McIntyre showed up in a hoodie, threw him down, and started to brutalize Punk on the commentator's desk.
CM Punk Brutally Injured
Drew McIntyre threw Punk in the ring and started to hit him in the head. We could have seen the rage and hate in the eyes of McIntyre representing his villainous character. This twist made the story 1000 times better.
At last, McIntyre started bashing the arm of Punk and saw the bracelet to which Punk is emotionally attached. He took out the bracelet and broke it into pieces and after that, he took the pieces of the bracelet and pushed it into the mouth of the Bash In Berlin winner.
Many possibilities can take place, such as Punk teaming up with someone else. And his rivals, McIntyre and Gunther can team up and they can have a tag team match.
