Their passing game was clearly on point that day. Can the UTSA Roadrunners’ defense gather their wits and withstand Texas’ proven offense?

Their running game was strong, their passing game was strong, and Texas ended up winning 31-12.
UTSA Roadrunners
One thing that UTSA has in common with Texas is quarterback strength. Quarterback Owen McCown hit 81 passing yards and 2 touchdowns in the Kennesaw State game. Despite losing the I-35 Showdown, both UTSA Quarterbacks together completed over 252 pass yards. It’s still early in the season. Regardless of Saturday’s outcome, the Roadrunners are considered playoff contenders.
