Damian Lillard begins the 2024-2025 NBA season in his second season as a Milwaukee Buck. Milwaukee acquired Lillard as part of a three-team trade in September 2023, pairing the all-star caliber guard with Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Lillard has a big-time usage rate that is projected to be right at his career average of 29. Lillard is another player who can be counted on to deliver big-time fantasy production. He has the ball in his hands to create his shot off the dribble, get into the paint, and finish at the rim or dish to a teammate. Playing alongside potentially the best player in the NBA in Giannis can only boost his productivity numbers.

Milwaukee added two young players at the back end of round one in the draft in AJ Johnson and Tyler Smith. Johnson is projected to provide Lillard with minutes relief and limit injury in the long term. They also signed Delon Wright who can give minutes at the one to spell Lillard.
