Sami Zayn fought Gunther twice in WWE RAW this year. The WWE world expected the challenger to dominate 'The Ring General' for the second time as the match was announced. But we must know that Gunther is not an easy opponent.
He has already defeated 'The Viper' Randy Orton in the Premier event of 'WWE Bash in Berlin.' Previously, when Zayn fought Gunther, there was no special title on the line, but this time, the 'WWE World Heavyweight Championship' was on the line, which was a massive risk for Gunther.

CM Punk rose victorious in 'Bad Blood' and recently appeared at the RAW event. He talked to his fans and supporters until Seth Rollins interrupted for a big announcement. Seth Rollins made a massive comeback after being out of the ring for several months, as he will take revenge on his rival Bronson Reed.
The match between Gunther and Zayn was very intense, and 'The Ring General' was on the edge of losing the match and his Heavyweight Title. But things started to change for him as the match proceeded. There were a lot of commercial breaks in the middle of the fight, but the WWE world still enjoyed the fight.
After an intense brawl, Gunther started to use a variety of moves on Zayn, and at last, he was down as the General threw a dropkick and used his powerbomb. General saw the opportunity and immediately went for the pin, but Zayn wouldn't let it go that easily.
He kicked out on the first count, leaving Gunther shocked. Gunther continued dominating the match, and the referee finally stopped the fight. The match favored 'The Ring General' as he retained his title. Gunther won the match because of his continuous dominance.
Sheamus vs. Pete Dune
The last match was between Sheamus and Dune, as the fans expected this rivalry to end at this RAW. After delivering serious hits to Dune, Sheamus was ready to hit him on the table, and he did that. But here comes the twist, as we saw Dune recover, and in another second he locked in the position behind 'The Celtic Warrior', in a grappling position.
But soon, Sheamus dominated again. This was a surprise for Dune; this match meant a lot to him. At last, the Celtic Warrior could dominate the ring, and the referees announced the match in favor of Sheamus. There are also some tensions between Dune and Judgement Day members so, we might also see that coming up from WWE.
Final Thoughts
This Monday Night RAW was an interesting event as this was the end and continuation of some rivalries. We also saw CM Punk in the Ring, as he was out there in the ring to thank his fans. He appreciated all the love and support his fans showed him in the rivalry against Drew McIntyre.
