Destiny 2 Vesper's Host: VS Chill Inhibitor God Roll Guide

Vesper’s Host is a brand-new Dungeon in Destiny 2 that was released with the launch of Episode Revenant. It takes place above the destination Europa and features a new set of weapons, armor, and a brand-new Exotic. There are 4 Legendary weapons each of which come with a brand-new exclusive Origin Trait called Bray Legacy. This Trait allows the damage dealt with the weapon to generate ability energy for the ability that is near a full charge.

VS Chill Inhibitor Overview

VS Chill Inhibitor is a Rapid-Fire Grenade Launcher that has Stasis affinity. Heavy Grenade Launchers are extremely popular in the current Episode thanks to the Artifact Perks. This weapon archetype has also been buffed a lot recently and now they have become an optimal damage choice in PvE. This weapon also has some insane perk options for the PvE sandbox. Being a Stasis weapon, it also features perks that synergize well with the Stasis subclass.

This weapon drops from the 1^st and 2^nd encounters of Vesper’s Host and comes with 12 perk options. In the left column, this weapon features Envious Arsenal, Rimestealer, Attrition Orbs, Danger Zone, Cascade Point, and Demolitionist. In the right column, this weapon has access to the perk options of Chain Reaction, Explosive Light, Bait and Switch, Chill Clip, One for All, and Surrounded.

PvE God Roll

For PvE, players want to boost the Reload Speed and Velocity of VS Chill Inhibitor. Reload Speed can be bypassed thanks to the perk options present on this weapon. Players should go for Quick Launch as the Barrel perk, Spike Grenades as the Magazine option, and a Velocity Masterwork.

In the left column, there are some interesting perk options. Cascade Point is rarely seen in the left column and is worth considering. It allows rapid hits with other weapons to allow this weapon to fire at a greatly increased rate of fire. This perk can allow Heavy Grenade Launchers to deal with some extremely high DPS. However, with Cascade Point, the DPS overall longer period will suffer.

Envious Arsenal is another perk that goes hand in hand with Bait and Switch in the right column. This perk allows dealing damage with other weapons and then switching to this weapon to automatically reload the weapon from reserves. Bait and Switch work similarly as they provide a 35 percent damage boost when players deal damage with every weapon in their loadout. This perk combination is one of the best for overall DPS and will work no matter the PvE sandbox.

There are other perk options like Chain Reaction and Chill Clip in the right column of Chill Inhibitor with Demolitionist in the left column. These combinations are only decent for general play and if players are looking for Stasis synergy. Stasis is popular in the Revenant Episode and this weapon can perform well with the right perk options.
