Towanda, Pa. — A man was charged for his disruption of a 2023 court proceeding at the Bradford County Courthouse. Elmira police said a 16-year-old boy was hospitalized Monday after falling off the roof of a motor vehicle as it sped along Walnut Street overnight. Chemung County Jail inmate charged after allegedly pouring hot soup on another inmate
The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a 36-year-old Elmira man following an incident at the Chemung County Jail. According to police, Brendan P.
