Motorcyclist dead after wrong-way crash in Lebanon County
LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A motorcyclist is dead after a wrong-way crash that happened Sunday in Lebanon city. Alfredo Pizarro-Franco, 39, was driving a motorcycle the wrong way on Hanover Street when he failed to stop at the Mifflin Street intersection and struck the driver's side door of an SUV, according to Lebanon City Police.
