ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A teen was injured and a person was detained at the scene Saturday after a shooting in Downtown West. The shooting happened just after 5 p.m. in the area of 15th Street and Market Street. St. Louis Police at the scene said they believe a person was firing towards the Stifel Theatre when a teen boy was grazed. A car traveling east on Market was also hit by gunfire.
