Whether it's crab legs, crab meat, crab dip, or crab cakes, the state offers plenty of fine places to dig in.

One of the best places to eat blue crab in North Carolina, according to Google reviews, is I Got Your Crabs Shellfish Market and Oyster Bar.

This family-owned restaurant in Kitty Hawk is supplied by a third-generation commercial fisherman, making it a local gem.

Blue crabs are their specialty, but they also offer a variety of other seafood options for dine-in or takeout year-round. With over a decade of operation, the restaurant has become a go-to spot for both locals and visitors.

Their hours are noon to 8 PM Sunday through Thursday, and until 9 PM on Friday and Saturday. Blue crabs are available live or steamed in season, and they recommend a 24-hour notice for all takeout orders.

While they haven’t operated their original Border Station location since 2019, there’s potential for future announcements, so it’s worth keeping an eye on their Facebook page.
