This cozy eatery specializes in Southern comfort food, serving up classic dishes like fried chicken, biscuits, and other staples that have won over locals and tourists since its opening in June 2023.

The 10Best list, created by food and travel experts, celebrates standout restaurants that opened in the past year. After narrowing down the nominees, the public voted, and Regina’s was the only North Carolina restaurant to make the prestigious list.
