1. We don’t need a new library. The one we have is underutilized. Most libraries are now using digital downloads. 2. We don’t need more commercial space. There is plenty of open unused residential space in the Kimble Junction and outlet mall areas. 3. We don’t need low income housing in this area. They need low income housing downtown where the ski resorts are located. They could purchase Sweetwater Resort and turn it into low income housing. 4. We don’t need more traffic congestion. It’s already bumper to bumper most every evening
