I have a partnership with 3 nisd rent homes and crushing, skyrocketing appraisal tax bills. I have to sell them asap to stop bleeding without jacking rents. Sooo, renters are going to move facing rent explosion. We are getting out of real estate as a retirement option. Also, my west bexar home is facing same with ridiculous taxes. We bought 30 years ago for golden years. The Bexar leaders and SA politicians are killing working and retired homeowners ! fyi, i grew up in valley hi and rode bus to university.

There is no reason schools should be allowed to ever run a budget deficit. If voters don’t approve a bond, then fire top admin idiots
