PAGE COUNTY, Va. – Traffic on US 340 was at a standstill on Monday afternoon while emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash.

The incident occurred October 21, 2024 at approximately 5 p.m. in the 4700 block of 340, near Vaughn Summit Road and Mims Road.

According to Captain Kenneth Boyd of the Page County Sheriff’s Office (PSCO), a dump truck was pulling out from a side road to proceed southbound when a southbound Honda FIT collided with the truck, causing the passenger vehicle to end up on its side.
