Milling and asphalt paving to commence Monday on U.S. Highway 212 and S.D. Highway 63 in Mobridge Area
Work is scheduled to begin Monday (July 15, 2024) on an asphalt milling and resurfacing project on U.S. Highway 212 between Dupree and Eagle Butte. The $16.3 million project will start one mile west of Dupree, and go east for 20 miles to the east side of Eagle Butte. In addition, S.D. Highway 63 from the junction with Highway 212 going north for 17 miles, will be milled and resurfaced.

YMCA CEO resigns to focus on camp rebuilding
YMCA CEO Mike Murphy has stepped down from the top leadership role to focus on rebuilding Camp Leif Ericson. The longtime Sioux Falls camp was heavily damaged in June’s flooding.
