Wissmann acquired the property for $275,000 in June 2023, well before their engagement. The ranch-style home boasts modern features, including a bright main living area, a fully fenced yard, a large storage shed, and a two-car garage. Inside, the home includes three bedrooms on the main level, two additional bedrooms downstairs, a rec room, and a second bath—ideal for a growing family.
