    Siesta Key Stuns with $3 Million Sale

    At the pinnacle of this week’s real estate activity was a stunning $3 million sale on Siesta Key. Michael and Nancy Assuncao Sanchez from Devon, Pennsylvania, sold their 4,577-square-foot residence at 9137 Midnight Pass Road to Dallas-based Kyle Adams. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, complete with a pool, first traded hands in 2006 for $2.6 million. Its sale this week underscores the area’s enduring appeal among high-net-worth buyers.

    Sarasota’s Diverse Market Moves

    • Palm Place: Margaret Ruyle of Rockford, Michigan, sold her Unit 403 condo at 755 S. Palm Ave. to Denver’s Timothy Morris for $800,000. The 1983-built property, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was previously purchased for $595,000 in 2018.
    • Golf Estates: The Millers of Nokomis sold their home at 4360 Iola Drive for $685,000. This 1999-built, three-bedroom, two-bath residence saw a significant increase from its 2021 price of $410,000.

    • Alinari: Kevin and Robert O’Leary from Buffalo, New York, sold their Unit 508 condo at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Sarasota’s Ronit Lawlor for $640,000. Built in 2007, this two-bedroom, two-bath unit appreciated from its 2008 sale price of $399,000.
