Actress Jameela Jamil and Grammy-winning musician James Blake are making another push to sell their luxury Los Angeles mansion, dropping the price by $850,000 after two prior attempts. Originally listed for $7.2 million in February, the couple has now set the asking price at $6.35 million, reflecting a significant reduction and hinting at a potential financial loss on their 2022 purchase.

The five-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom mansion in the Hollywood Hills was first relisted in March with a $205,000 price cut, followed by another adjustment in June to just under $6.5 million. Despite these reductions, buyer interest remained elusive, and the property was taken off the market by July.

Now, in their third attempt, Jamil and Blake are hoping to entice buyers with the latest cut in price, likely resulting in a loss of at least $150,000, given their original purchase price of $6.5 million.
