The singer and his wife, Amber Peterson, purchased the lakeside property in 2011 for $2.95 million, transforming it from a modest house into a luxurious family retreat.

The property includes a great room with sweeping lake views, a wine cellar, and a heated deck. The five-bedroom house even boasts an elevator, a personal favorite of Monahan, which he frequently uses to transport wine or luggage after traveling.
