John Lindley, representative of the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association, highlighted their showcase, emphasizing the range of options available to those seeking cost-effective home solutions. “We’ve got six homes that are going to be on display here,” Lindley shared. “Experts will be available to discuss everything from financing and retail to installation and transportation, ensuring consumers have all their questions answered.”

One standout feature at the event is a model presented by Sun Homes Communities. This nearly 1,600-square-foot home offers three bedrooms, two baths, and is built to meet energy-efficient standards, complete with Energy Star appliances. It's designed to provide both comfort and affordability without sacrificing modern amenities.

Addressing the timeframe for securing a manufactured home, Lindley explained, “The speed to market is unbelievable. From the moment a home is purchased to the final closing, the process can take as little as 60 to 90 days.” This swift turnaround makes manufactured homes an attractive option for those looking to settle into a new residence quickly.

Furthermore, Lindley mentioned that these homes are versatile, capable of being installed on private property or within a community, providing flexibility based on individual preferences and needs.
