Look: Steve-O Shares the Story Behind His and Tony Hawk's Heavy Double Wallride

Steve-O is quite the storyteller and as many of us know, the dude has seen it all, done it all (and then some). In a recent clip on Instagram, he told the tale of a time he and Tony Hawk were attempting a heavy double wallride and The Birdman took a brutal slam. What would you do? Have a look:

In the caption, Steve-O writes, "If you told 13 year old Steve-O that this would happen with Tony Hawk…don’t even know how he would handle that!" Fair enough, right? No matter who you are, skating with Tony would be a little intimidating. So, seeing him slam (and probably feeling a little guilty about it) would be downright mortifying, if you ask me.

But in true Birdman fashion, he got backup and handled biz. And Steve-O's enthusiasm when telling the story got me fired up. Let's be honest, too—this is no easy doubles-routine to accomplish here. Tony is up on that wall and Steve-O handles the low route perfectly! The timing had to be precise, so seeing the make was super satisfying.
