There's no denying that Gavin Bottger and Cyprus Blanco are two of the heaviest rising stars in the skate game right now. And Dylan Jaeb—undoubtedly one of the most driven ams out there in his own right—just shared some rad clips he's filmed of these two from recent video projects. These kids can do it all! Get stoked:

There's a chance that some of these clips will look familiar to some of you, but to be honest, that's sort of why this edit is so rad. Hear me out:

The fact that Jaeb handles biz behind the lens similar to the way he performs in front of it is impressive in itself. That goes without saying. But the fact that this powerhouse squad rolls around together and constantly stacks clips like this is what really gets me fired up here. Bottger, Blanco, Jaeb...these are heavy-hitting names!

That said, it's really nothing new, either. Think of dudes like Jamie Thomas and the Toy Machine/early-Zero days—there weren't really "filmers"—these dudes were all just filming each other. And although that's just one obvious example, it's a formula that has been around forever (but has admittedly changed a bit these days).

Filmers are a vital part of skateboarding now, and hey, it's a beautiful thing. But if you ask me, there's something epic about the gnarliest skaters in the game stepping behind the lens and showcasing their talent in a different way.
