Bob Burnquist Joins Tony Hawk and Jason Ellis on Hawk Vs. Wolf Podcast

From Bob's backyard skateboarding paradise in Southern California to the fact that he hasn't been in the States for over a year, one-foot backside smith grinds, flying, the loop, Brazilian intensity and so much more, that latest episode of Hawk Vs. Wolf with Bob Burnquist is a real treat.

Growing up, Bob Burnquist was definitely a household name. He has produced some truly groundbreaking video parts over the years, continually progressing the sport and showing an entire generation of skateboarders what’s possible on these goofy little wooden toys. And even though I can't relate to his skating (he's just too gnarly), he's always been incredible to watch. Who else played Bob's character in THPS!?

Off the board, Bob is constantly blowing minds, too. When he gets into something, he gets into it. It's pretty admirable. And as you'll learn, this dude has some pretty wild stories to share! Hearing him and Tony go back and forth on some of these topics is so rad.

I've always been a huge fan of Bob's skating and have always admired him as a person just the same. When we were kids, a close friend of mine was his neighbor, and Bob would let us all skate at his house, slide down the mega ramp and—when we were lucky—get front row seats to watch him rip. Those memories will stay with me forever.
