HUF Launches 'Area Code' Video Contest: Eleven Skate Shops, One Winner

HUF's new video contest 'Area Code' just launched and they've tasked 11 of their favorite skate shops across the US to film an edit to be voted on. Each shop came through with some ripping clips (and each also designed a limited tee) for HUF to vote on. And the best edit and tee design will take home $2,500 cash!

The participating shops are: Geometric (Dallas, TX), 303 (Denver, CO), Humidity (New Orleans, LA), Cowtown (Phoenix, AZ), Familia (Minneapolis, MN), Orchard (Boston, MA), Slappy's (San Diego, CA), Atlas (San Mateo, CA), KCDC (Brooklyn, NY), Val Surf (Valley Village, CA), and Post Modern (West Palm Beach, FL).

That's quite a stacked list, right!? Every shop on that list does so much for their local skate communities, and again, they each came through with some incredible entries. You can watch all the edits here , and shop the tees exclusively in-store at each shop. $2500 can go a long way for these local shop crews!

Honestly, carve out some time and watch all 11 edits. I know we all have our favs, but the level of local talent on display here is super impressive. These are the hometown heroes in each of these regions! Who knows? Some of these hungry up-and-comers just might become household names.
