Supreme Court denies motion for relief for man who killed 81-year-old Clinton woman
JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - A man sentenced to death for killing an 81-year-old woman back in 2010 will not get another day in court. On Thursday, the Mississippi Supreme Court denied James Hutto’s petition to file for successive post-conviction relief, with the judges saying his arguments were without merit.
