    New Jersey ranked in the top ten for worst States in the Country for Employees

    Work-life balance, job satisfaction, and overall well-being are crucial factors that influence an individual's quality of life. Across the United States, employees face varying degrees of workplace challenges, but, according to an article published recently, NJ employees may be struggling more than others.

    The news site known as APP recently reported on an article that analyzed factors like income, quitting rates, commute duration, working hours, safety, and paid time off to determine the worst states to work in and New Jersey ranked 9th overall for worst working conditions.

    "New Jersey scores on the top ten list of worst states for employees, with a low satisfaction score of 34.09. With a median hourly wage of $24.56, employees struggle to be well-compensated for their work," the website wrote.

    We all know NJ has one of the highest costs of living in the country and its time hardworking employee's salaries rise to match those costs.
