Cross Creek Realty LLC is thrilled to announce that Sandra Stroud has joined our company as part of the residential real estate division. Her expertise will allow us to better serve our clients’ needs by selling their current homes or buying a new place to call home.

“Most estate properties or large acreage tracts with homes on them are underrepresented in our market by only having one real estate agent,” says Steven Smith, Cross Creek Realty’s President and professional land broker. “We want to offer a specialist for both home and land, as each have unique characteristics. Working together, we will be able to market and show our client’s properties to their fullest potential and maximize their value.”

Sandra began her real estate career in 2006 and has experience working with buyers and sellers throughout the past 18 years. She has a history of success in home sales, investment properties, and land sales. Sandra is heavily involved in her town, Travelers Rest, where she served as the past president of the Travelers Rest Chamber of Commerce and was one of the founders of the Travelers Rest Farmers Market.
