Town and Sidman file response to injunction request
BAR HARBOR — The town of Bar Harbor and defendant-intervener Charles Sidman have filed responses to a request for an injunction in the case of the Association to Preserve and Protect Local Livelihoods versus the town of Bar Harbor. The defendants called on the U.S. District Court to deny a motion for injunction filed by the plaintiffs seeking to stop implementation of cruise ship disembarkation limits.
