Sanford weighs development with 600 homes, apartments and room for restaurants, grocery store
A major mixed-use project in Sanford that could contain nearly 600 homes is making its way through the city's planning process. On Tuesday, the Sanford City Council held a public hearing on the Gum Fork Subdivision Conditional Zoning district.
