    She was born in Evanston, Ill., and lived in the Tri-Cities for six years.

    She was a retired actor.

    Caren Lee Bircher-Green, 74, of Benton City, died Sept. 10 in Kennewick.

    She was born in Moscow, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 19 years.

    She was a retired self-employed designer.
