Texas authorities seek public's help in locating woman after alleged hit-and-run
RIVERSIDE, Texas — The Texas Department of Public Safety is asking for the public's assistance in locating a woman involved in an alleged hit-and-run incident. On Thursday, June 27, 2024, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to a two-vehicle accident in front of an Exxon station in Riverside. According to the department, a truck struck a motorcycle, and the truck's driver, later identified as Angela Fannin, failed to stop and render aid. The Trinity Police Department attempted to apprehend Fannin at her residence, but she fled on foot to an unknown location.

TRINITY COUNTY, Texas — The Trinity County Sheriff's Office is looking for two men accused of stealing items from a local deer lease. Sheriff Woody Wallace says TSCO began searching for two men who ran into the woods near on US 287 near the Trinity and Polk County line Wednesday. Polk County officials and Texas Department of Criminal Justice tracking dogs are also on scene to assist in the search.
