Showers and storms possible this morning.
PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - A complex of thunderstorms will be moving across southern Ohio and into West Virginia this morning. Thunderstorms will be more likely around Jackson County and towards the south for the morning commute, but rain chances will still be around towards the north. Our potential for showers and storms today will wane through the morning, but a few showers will still be possible around noon. When we enter the afternoon and evening, we will be looking at drier weather with a decrease in cloud cover. Expect the evening commute to be overall quiet across the Mid-Ohio Valley. However, it is still going to be quite humid.

Columbus Blue Jackets forward Patrik Laine has been involved in trade rumors and one trade pitch has the Toronto Maple Leafs acquiring him. Laine has asked for a trade and after the forward was officially NHL and NHLPA Player Assistance Program on July 26, the trade rumors heated up. The Pennsylvania-based chain opened a Lancaster storefront, located at 1748 N. Memorial Dr. on June 17.
