Rain causes flooding in Bennettsville amid dam breach issues
BENNETTSVILLE, S.C. (WPDE) — Community members in Bennettsville are telling ABC15 that some parts of the city are starting to flood and they are worried about it. Those who live in the Shady Rest and Richardson Park communities hope the rain will not cause more problems with the Lake Paul Wallace dam that breached again this week.
3 men indicted in connection with 2022 Columbiana Centre mass shooting
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Three men have been indicted on several assault and weapons charges two years after a mass shooting at a Columbia mall. Marquise Robinson, 22, Amari Sincere-Jamal Smith, 23, and Jewayne Price, 24, were indicted on July 15 on multiple charges including attempted murder, assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and unlawful possession of a pistol, according to records in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Public Index.

18-year-old wanted in armed robbery near Georgetown bar turns himself in, police say
GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WMBF) - Georgetown police took the 18-year-old wanted in connection to an armed robbery into custody Thursday.
