POLICE: Man shot, killed downtown; found next to handgun
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Police are investigating a fatal early morning shooting Saturday. Officers with SLMPD responded to the 200 block of N. 9th Street at around 3:30 a.m. Saturday for a call for a shooting, where they found a man who had been shot. The victim, identified on Sunday as 18-year-old Michael Moore-Pittman was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

LOUIS – Saint Louis University's 2023-24 men's and women's tennis teams have been named All-Academic by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, while 10 Billiken student-athletes (six men, four women) earned ITA Scholar-Athlete plaudits. To be named ITA All-Academic, a program must have at least a 3.2 team grade point average for an entire academic year. 1 dead in fiery crash between train, car in Sauget, Ill
SAUGET, Ill. (First Alert 4) — An investigation is underway after a man died in a crash between a car and train early Saturday. According to Sauget Police, the accident happened around 2 a.m. Saturday on Route 3, in Suaget, Ill. A man was driving a Blue F-150 truck southbound on Route 3 when he ran into the train’s second engine. The man died on impact; he has not been identified yet.
