Free Little Library Project suffers setback after workshop damage
BOZEMAN, Mont. — The Free Little Library Project creates community bookshelves in an effort to spread art and literacy. There are currently 25 little libraries across the state and a lengthy waitlist of requests to bring them to other communities, but the project slowed down after a burst water main destroyed the workshop where the shelves are created.
Venture West Development Underway on 196-Acre Mixed-Use Project Near Bozeman, Montana
Belgrade, Mont. — Venture West Development is underway on Jackrabbit Crossing, a 196-acre mixed-use project in Belgrade, roughly 11 miles outside Bozeman. Rosauers Supermarkets, which recently signed a long-term lease, will anchor the property. Plans for the development, which is located three miles from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, also include a proposed 53,000-square-foot Amazon distribution center.

Man Keeps Stealing From Missoula Stores
Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - On July 16, 2024, a Good Food Store employee reported a theft. The report indicated that a male, later identified as 42-year-old Aaron Bakula, entered the store and stole $11.98 of consumable goods without paying for them and passing all points of sale.
