Lindsay Shiver Granted $100K Cash Bail

On Tuesday the Prosectors withdrew their objection and granted the murder plot trio emergency bail along with requiring them to wear ankle monitors and surrender their travel documents until court Oct 5, 2023.

According to a Bahamian News outlet the cash bail was set to a whopping $100,000 for Lindsay Shiver, $20,000 for Adrien Bethel, and Faron Newbold Jr. while also reporting to the Marsh Harbour Police Station every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before 6 pm. They must also remain in the Bahamas, wear ankle monitors and have no contact with the victim.

This is a shocking turn of events as they were initially denied bail and facing charges after a phone was recovered during an investigation of a break-in at a Grabber's Bar and Grill on Guana Cay that contained detailed information in a Whatsapp of a murder plot against Shiver's husband.

The Bahamian News outlet also states that the victim played a part in the release of the trio as prosecutors had a sudden change of heart after speaking with the victim on Tuesday.

The Shivers have been going through a divorce that has led to this twisted murder plot where Lindsay accused her husband of being abusive after being found having an adulterous relationship with Adrien Bethel. Faron Newbold, Jr. was allegedly hired to carry out the hit but now they will go free until Court on Oct. 5, 2023.
