The parents of Kendrick Jonson, the high school teen found dead inside of gym wrestling mat in 2013, will be filling documentation at the Richard B. Russell Federal Building & United States Courthouse 2211 United Stated Courthouse 75 Ted Turner Drive, SW Atlanta, GA. 30303-3309 on September 19, 2023 at 11 am. The Johnsons will address the materially false information in Sheriff Paulk’s January 25, 2022 investigation synopsis concerning Kendrick’s death, subsequently contradicted by evidence collected and/or staged by law enforcement investigators in January 2013. The Johnsons will begin by first addressing the butchered mutilated body of their son Kendrick at the hands of Georgia Bureau of Investigations Medical Examiner Dr. Maryanne Gaffney-Kraft regarding what purports to be a cervical vertebrae autopsy. Investigators working on behalf of the Johnsons were unable to locate any medical professional in the United States who could identify a medical explanation or technique used for the butchery and mutilation performed on the corpse of young Kendrick. One retired surgeon declared they had not seen anything remotely resembling the body of Kendrick in more than 43 years from their experience with autopsies. Furthermore, considering Dr. Kraft and the Sheriff’s department both allege there were no significant injuries to Kendrick it begs to question of why Kendrick’s neck and back were cut at all. Cervical Vertebrae autopsies are mainly performed in situations where trauma has happened to the neck such as fatal vehicle accidents and falls not positional asphyxiation. The Johnsons declared that this fight would go to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary. One veteran civil rights activist speaking anonymously said, “Kendrick Johnson's situation exceeds the injustice and violation of civil rights than the Emmet Till murder with far more reaching implications of government corruption!”
