Truxton Man Arrested After Making Threats Towards Another Person
Around 5:15 on Tuesday evening, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Chenango Road in Truxton for a reported domestic incident. After an investigation by officers on scene, they were able to determine 55 year old Gary A. Vallese of Truxton, had made threats towards another person during the incident. Officers arrested Vallese and charged him with Harassment in the 2nd degree.
