Family frustrated after teen not charged in fatal crash
HOBBS, N.M. — It started as a night out for a family but ended with a teenager being accused of running over and killing a father and husband. Both the Hobbs police and the Lea County District Attorney Dianna Luce shared a press release saying they exhausted all leads to come to the conclusion that the juvenile in this case won't face any criminal charges, only two citations.
