More victims suspected in Dinuba sexual assault case
Originally charged on June 25 for the alleged sexual assaults of four women, Jimenez is now charged with the assaults of 21 people in a 48-count amended complaint filed on July 17. Jimenez is accused of the assaults while he gave massages in his Dinuba home. He is believed to work closely with Tulare County’s Spanish-speaking community.

Just before 10 p.m. on 7/4/24, TCSO Deputies, with help from other local agencies, were called to the 23800 Block of Avenue 324 in Woodlake for a traffic accident. County set to go ahead with Springville Library
The Tulare County Board of Supervisors are set to approve a bid for the construction of the new Springville Library at its next meeting. The board meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday. As part of its consent calendar the board is scheduled to award the contract to AMG & Associates, Inc. of Santa Clarita, Calif., for nearly $4.5 million. The cost is nearly $2.5 million than the original expected cost of $2 million due to inflation as a result of COVID and supply chain issues.
Strathmore Man Arrested for Agricultural Theft
On July 1, 2024, Tulare County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) AG Unit Detectives were notified of a theft of chemicals from a local farmer in the Strathmore/Lindsay area. AG Detectives began an investigation and identified a vehicle seen on surveillance video parked at a home in Strathmore. Through their investigation, Detectives discovered that 41-year-old Elijio Ceballos was driving the vehicle at the time of the chemical theft.
