Just over an hour after Jenks offensive lineman Javion Antai announced he’ll continue his career at Tulsa, the Golden Hurricane got another commitment from an in-state prospect Thursday.

Putnam City linebacker Brayden Knox announced he’ll play for Tulsa at the next level, choosing the school over several other Division I opportunities.

The 6-foot-3, 235-pound Knox is ranked No. 29 on The Oklahoman’s Super 30 list of the state’s top recruits in the 2025 class.

Along with Tulsa, he held offers from programs such as Indiana, Louisville and Nevada.

Knox led Putnam City’s defense last year and finished with 100 total tackles, nine sacks, three forced fumbles, and two blocked punts.
