Police on scene of standoff in north Tulsa neighborhood

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police are on scene of a standoff in a neighborhood near East Latimer Street and North Peoria Avenue.

Police said it started as a possible domestic or mental health call.

They are trying to get a person out of the home.

The special operations team and firefighters are also on scene.
