    trust me when you build this many houses together you end up with a lot of crime. and you need higher taxes because then you need police fire rescue in schools

    That many units is too large for the space. It will be a nightmare over there, and I can see it now…the negative impact it will have with crime. I know we have a housing crisis, but that area is not the right place.
