62 days until Alabama football kicks off the 2024 season

In 62 days, Kalen DeBoer will usher in a new era of Alabama Crimson Tide football, replacing the legendary Nick Saban as head coach in Tuscaloosa.

Coach DeBoer and the Crimson Tide will take on the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers on Aug. 31 to kick off the 2024 college football season inside Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Today, with just 62 days remaining, we will look at one of the most popular players of the Coach Saban era, former Alabama defensive lineman Terrence Cody.

Cody was a mountain of a man in the middle of Alabama’s 3-4 defense during the 2008 and 2009 seasons. He would help guide a stingy Alabama defense in 2009 and be part of coach Saban’s first national championship with the Crimson Tide.
