Shamokin Man to Go to Trial for Attempted Homicide
SUNBURY – The Daily Item reports a Shamokin man will go to trial on charges of attempted homicide and aggravated assault. 45-year-old Adam Danaher is accused of stabbing 49-year-old Patrick Kantane in Mount Carmel in January of 2022. A trial date has been set for November 19th in Northumberland County. Kantane said the two men got into a fight in the 100 block of North Beech Street when he was stabbed by Danaher in the torso.

HAZLE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE CO. (WOLF) — The death of a body found in a wooded area near the Hazleton High School on Wednesday has been ruled a homicide.
