Mifflinville, Pa. — OHF Orchard and Mifflinville Carnival and Parade are hosting a festival with live music and craft vendors next month. The fourth annual Peach Festival runs from Friday, Aug. 9, to Saturday, Aug. 10. at the Mifflinville Carnival Grounds, E. 1st St. in Mifflinville. David Dutch, 57, was discharged on Wednesday, Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh said.
