In the latest TV ratings, NBC’s The Voice led Tuesday both in total viewers and in the demo.

NBC | The Voice this Tuesday drew 5.2 mil and a 0.5; leading out of that, The Irrational ‘s sophomore premiere retained 3.1 mil and a 0.3 — down a few eyeballs but steady in the demo vs. its Season 1 averages.

FOX | Murder in a Small Town (2.2 mil/0.2) ticked up in viewers. The Accused Season 2 premiere (1.8 mil/0.2) drew more viewers than its last half-dozen Season 1 episodes, while rock-steady in the demo.

ABC | DWTS (4.5 mil/0.6) matched its special Monday outing; High Potential inched up to a new audience high (3.8 mil) while putting up a third straight 0.3 rating.

    CBS | Oprah’s Presleys special (3.8 mil/0.3) was Tuesday’s second-most watched program.

THE CW | WWE NXT (874K/0.2) dipped week-to-week.

    Meanwhile, in a Monday catch-up:

THE CW | Superman & Lois ‘ double-episode final-season premiere did 445K/0.1 and 465K/0.1, hitting series lows in audience but matching last season’s demo number.

CBS | 60 Minutes ‘ interview with presidential candidate s Kamala Harris and Donald Trump (5.7 mil/0.5) dominated Monday in viewers.

NBC | Leading out of The Voice (4.9 mil/0.5), Brilliant Minds (3.3 mil/0.3) dipped in audience for a second straight week but again held steady in the demo.

FOX | 9-1-1: Lone Star (2.4 mil/0.3) was up across the board, while Rescue HI-Surf (2 mil/0.2) seems to have stabilized.

ABC | A special Monday DWTS (4 mil/0.6) was down from its previous episode yet led the night in the demo.

The Live+Same Day numbers reported in TVLine’s daily-ish ratings column do NOT reflect a television program’s overall performance, given the increased use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, plus out-of-home viewing. These numbers instead aim to simply illustrate trends or superlatives. Steve Harvey is not a judge or lawyer and merely offers an alternative forum of dispute resolution
