After going through her heartbreaking divorce with Evan Bass, she is getting married again.</p><p>She recently shared photos from their family trip to Costa Rica. However, until today she never mentioned the engagement. Now, she shared a video of the engagement in which is proposed to her and her two children. Carly and her two kids <a href="https://tvshowsace.com/2024/09/18/bip-carly-waddell-finds-answers-to-serious-health-struggles/">were standing</a> on the beach and had their backs to Todd. Plus now she noted she also has the ring of her dreams on her finger.</p><p>The two started dating in July 2023 after she slid into the attorney’s DMs. They kept their relationship on the down-low until March of this year.</p><p>When she first met Todd he told her he was old school and would love to call her sometime to go out.
