Victim ID’d after body found in Savannah River
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A week after a body was found in the Savannah River, positive identification has been made. The Richmond County Coroner’s Office says 38-year-old Jermaine Pate from Georgiana, Ala., was identified as the victim. Pate’s body was found in the Savannah River early July 19.

CORDELE, Ga. – On Thursday, July 25th at 5:50 p.m., the Crisp County Special Response Team (SRT) and Mid-South Narcotics Task Force (M.S.N.T.F) executed a search warrant at 813 17th Avenue West, Apartment B, in Cordele.
